Deleting nested frames

Hi,
I'm trying to delete any contained frames from a selection before it is
pasted to my template document. If I simply do frames.Delete based on
range.Frames.count it doesn't work as expected. If I've a table nested
within a Table and only the inner table has text wrapping set to it
then frame count comes as zero. Is there a way I can get away with
this?
