Deleting Office Identities

Greetings.

I have several folders within my "office 2004 Identities" folder
such as "Main Identity [Backed up 3-9-2007 8.24]".

This folder takes up 86 MB of disk space. Can I delete this and other
similarly labeled folders without difficulty?

You can delete the ones with Backed up in the name. These files are created
when you rebuild your database. It's there in case the rebuild goes bad so
you can revert to your original database.

Don't delete your Main Identity (named Main by default). It contains all of
your mail if you use Entourage as your email client.
