Deleting Office Trail Version after it has expired?

T

TheBikerBroker

Hi Y'all!
I have been trying to load my registered software of Office XP Small Business.
The trail version pre-loaded on this notebook I have never used and it has
expired.
After loading my Outlook Small Business it will not operate at all.

How do I eliminate the "Office Trail" that is on this ComPac Notebook.

In add/remove program,..you can only see, or excess the "Office Trail" in
safe mode. In Safe Mode I can not remove, &/or delete the "Office Trail
Version"

This is unbelivable. HP directs my to Microsoft, Tried 3 times with HP.
Their card reading tech reps. are a joke!
Please Advise!

Maybe this will help:

This is sniped from another response to a Q on how to completely remove;
--------------------

Open the RTM issues page listed below. You'll find a KB there for the
complete removal of Office 2007 Beta. It works for the released version
too.
Note that the steps don't remove the non-version specific registry keys
in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office and HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office
