Hello Word Forum,
I am a graduate assistant at a university and was working on a mass letter to send out to perspective patrons for our department. I discovered the genius of mail merge in Word forums, and began to play with the features--in this case the email feature under the complete merge tab, thinking I would have a few steps before an email would be sent.
Unfortunately, the letter was not yet complete but it already had all the assigned the excel sheet with patron info, and having all my fields correct, the letter was not yet complete. Need less to say the script was sent to entourage and I do not want to send an incomplete letter.
I have deleted the source document, unformatted the document as a mail merge, but to no avail. Every five minutes a message pops up in Entourage saying that a script is trying to send a message. \
Is there a way to delete the email or at least view it and make adjustments?
Please advise. Thank you.
Ryan
