deleting remembered email addresses

Hi
I keep sending emails to the wrong people because Outlook has memorized some
rarely used email addresses. How do I edit the list of addresses that Outlook
will use to auto-complete my emails?

When you start typing in the name in the To field and a list of possible
matches appears, use your arrow key to select the bad address and press
delete.
