Deleting sections or pages

I have been trying to locate MS ACCESS on my 2007 VISTA system. I went in to
one notes thinking it might be here. I was tinkering around with this and
clicked on NEW and now there are two unnamed "tabs" with nothing in or on it
that I'd like to remove so if I ever need one notes, I can have a clean fresh
start. So how do I do this? Thank You.

Right click the tab and select "Delete."

That's all there is to it.
