Deleting soft (automatic) page break

R

Ron

I have a one page document consisting of a table. I
accidently hit the tab key on the last row and it created
a second page with one row. I delted the row but I cannot
find anyway to delete the now blank second page to retun
it to a one page document.

Ron,

Every document has a final paragraph mark. It is at the end of everything
else in the document (even tables). Your problems is that you haven't left
room for that mark on your first page. Show formating marks (CTRL+*) and
you will see it there big as day. To make that second page go away, you have
to get that mark on page 1.

There are a few ways to do it. The easiest is probably to select the mark
and format it as 1pt. The font drop down size may limit you to 8 or 6 pt.
If so, just type a 1 in the window and hit enter.
