Deleting Status Reports

I am aware that using the "Clean Up Project Server Db" that I can delete old
status report responses - what I am looking for is a way that as an
administrator I can delete the requests for Status Reports created by project
managers - their testing often irritates other users and they are not
responding to requests to go in and delete the test status reports themselves.
