Deleting Status reports

I have a user that was continuing to receive notifications of an overdue
Status Report, even though she had long since submit the report. To try and
fix this, I deleted the request for the report and then re-created it, which
appears to have fixed her issue. However, now, I no longer can access the
reports that had been submitted. How do I access the previously submitted
reports, even though it is no longer a report that requires updates?

Thanks!

Deleting the request, deletes the responses. Did you save them anywhere
else?

Luckily I did save most of them as HTML files and published as documents on
the sharepoint site. Question, then. what is the best way to stop the
notification of an overdue status report that is not overdue?

The only way other than what you did, is to find the record directly in the
database.

So I would need to get one of my DBAs to go in there and delete it? This is
a stupid question, I'm sure, but what would I tell them to look for?

I can't tell you off the top of my head, I'd need to sit down with the
database guide and figure that out.
