Hi,
I have been experimenting with deleting tasks. I saw the thread:

This was good news until I discovered that should a deleted task be
republished, while it again appears in PWA, its actuals do not re-
appear in PWA! They do stay in Project, but only until the next time
update the resource makes to the task... which will replace whatever
values are in Project Professional. Thus, historical information IS
lost for good!
Definitely the potential for disaster if this were the basis for
historical billing verifications.
