Deleting temp files

Is it always okay to delete the files in the temp folder?
I currently use Windows 2000, and Microsoft Office 2000
Small Business.

I believe so, I always do and have not yet come across any problems after
deleting all the files. You may get a message that a file is in use if an
application is running that uses that file. Shutting down the application
using the file will usually allow you to delete the file. If you're unsure
about deleting a file save a copy to a disk.
