I have about 5 templetes that I have created and would like to delete out of
outlook. I have tried everything I know to remove them and have searched the

K. Hall,
The Outlook template (*.oft) files that you want to remove should be located
in the following folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
With Outlook Closed:
1. My Computer> TOOLS>Folder Options> Select Show Hidden folders. You might
also want to uncheck (temporarily), "Hide known file types".
2. Then go to the folder mention above.
3. Right click each template (*.oft) file that you want to remove.
4. Repeat Step#1, and now select "Don't Show Hidden Folders" and check
again, "Hide known file types".
5. Open Outlook, and make sure that the right templates were deleted.
