This seems like a silly question, but neither I nor the IS
folks at my office can figure out what my Work 2000 is
doing or where the command is that this is defaulting to.
If I highlight a block of text (say a word or a couple of
words) and then hit the delete key, Word asks me to
input "y" or "n" to confirm that I want to delete the text.
Seeing as I think as I compose (or sometimes after!) this
is a REAL pain in the neck and has rendered my word nearly
useless.
Anyone know how I can turn off this not-so-charming
feature???? I've been using word since computers were in
DOS, but this one has me stumped.
Thanks.
