Deleting Toolbars

How can I get my Avery Wizard and Norton AntiSpam toolbars to stop
appearing??? I delte them but they show up when I open Outlook back up.

Uninstall the Avery wizard. It operates as an add-on to Outlook and
modifies the toolbar to exhibit its presence.

Norton AntiSpam should have its own configuration setting as to whether or
not it displays a toolbar or a button added to a toolbar. Ask in a Symantec
newsgroup or forum on how to configure the Norton product. Not an Outlook
issue.
