Deleting word changes in doc. that are underlined

I'm having a hard time discribing this. I send a doc to a
person to check. They check and make changes in red. When
I open the doc. I can highlight and right click 'accept
changes' but the color red does not go away, and when I do
a doc. Spell check they turn blue in color with
underlines. How do I permently get rid of changes so that
I have a clean doc.?

Hi Carolyn,

Check the format of the font, the user may have selected Red as the colour.
If so, accepting the change will not modify the colour of the font. You
would have to do that via Format>Font
