Deleting workspaces - Project 2007

I tried to delete three projects from Project Server via PWA (Server
Settings\Delete Enterprise Objects). Two of them were successfully deleted,
but when I was deleting the last one, I think I forgot to assinalate the
"Delete the associated Windows SharePoint Services sites?" box. I think the
project was deleted but not its workspace. Since the project doesn't not
appear in Server Settings\Delete Enterprise Objects anymore, how can I delete
it?

You could try the following

Stsadm.exe –o enumsubwebs –url http://<servername>/<sitename>

You can delete them by stsadm –o deletesite –url
http://servername/sitename/subweb or use the Site Actions, Site Adminstration
to delete it through the UI.
