delgateing won't work

My bosses Calendar needs others to look at his calendar.
When I give a new client machine access to his calendar it
says the new client is assigned as a delgate and emails
that person saying so. I go to the other machine it says I
don't have access to his calendar. I go back to his
computer and that persons is no longer a delgate. I have a
few people as delgates all ready on his calendar and view
it find but I have trouble assigning new delegates any
suggestions.
