Delivery Failed Notification

Why do I get delivery notification failures, like below, in my Outlook
inbox, when I did not send an email to these people and have no idea who
they are.

I run Anti Virus and Spamware software, am well protected, and see no
problems.

Someone or something has spoofed your address as the sender of spam or
viruses, and you, innocent party, get the NDR. Not much you can do other
than delete the messages, I'm afraid. Make sure you keep your PC patched
(Windows, Office, etc) and run good antivirus software - but it likely isn't
you at all.
