Delivery Options Hotfix?

Sometimes my e-mail does not deliver when configured to do so...the following
KB article describes a post SP3 hotfix to correct this problem but how do I
obtain it without paying for a support request...

Right. You must call Microsoft and tell then you have the problem described
in the articel and that the article includes a hotfix. They'll waive the
fee and send you a link where you can download the hotfix.

You have to phone for a hotfix, at some point you state you require Hotfix
as per kb article*****
They still take your card number but if the support person deems that the
Hotfix is required there is no charge
At least thats how it worked for me, some time ago

You no longer have to phone. You can get it easily using their online form:
