Delivery receipt shows "unknown" in To box

With outlook 2003 and requesting delivery receipts some delivered show
"unknown" in the To box.This is random, cannot be recreated at will,there is
no pattern.
Environment is Exch 5.5,SP4 & Exch 2003.Happens for receipts to 5.5 clients
in same site, another site, exch 2003 server.

doesn't happen with older versions of outlook,
any ideas ?

Hi Niamh, I have exactly the same problem. Posted a question today (Delivery
Receipt Problem with Outlook 2003) but "hard" problems don't seem to get
answers. Have you figured it out? What did you do?
