Delivery receipts

I used to get a delivery receipt for every message I sent, suddenly I
get none. I am a solo Outlook user, no corporate network stuff. I
tried to change the settings and redo it, but the apply button never
comes dark. Why am I suddenly not getting any receipts? Ideas?

Delivery receipts are a function of the receiving mail server. A lot of
public mail servers have this disabled to prevent address harvesting (a
delivery receipt would expose that the mailbox is alive). You can choose to
use Read Receipts instead but those will require an action of the recipient.
