Here is the problem. Every time a particular director is invited to a
meeting through outlook (we are on exchange 2003), the meeting requestor
receives a Delivery Status Notification (Failure) email message. the message
states that it failed to deliver to all parties. when you look at the
attached meeting invite, you can see both his present admin assistant and his
former admin assistant. It is failing because his former admin assistant is
no longer with the company and her accounts have since been removed. Where
in outlook/exchange/ad is this relationship that seems to "auto add" both of
these admins to all meeting requests intended for him?
