Delivery to PST file

One user's Outlook client uses Personal Folder (PST) for
delivery. Seems that sometimes email gets to the Inbox at
the Exchange level, but is not delivered to Outlook's PST
unless he either clicks Send and Receive, or closes and re-
opens Outlook. Seems everything is set right, he is not
losing mail, just not always getting prompt delivery to
his PST.

Anyone have any iseas?
