We do not know where Delphi came from but this said
program is not allowing us to get into any of our
Microsoft programs.

Error Message:

This module was compiled with a trial version of delphi.
The trial period has expired.

We do not understand and we cannot do a restore as it
will not allow us to get to restore.

Help if someone can

Delphi is a programming language from Borland
(http://www.borland.com/delphi_net/). You may be running some program or
Office add-in that was written using this language.

Have you checked Add/Remove programs for likely suspects which may be
uninstalled?
