Deltaview

I've received some documents from another office which contain styles whose
names all start with "Deltaview". The documents were created in a PC
version of Word. Does anyone know what "Deltaview" is?

I don't know what deltaview is, but styles can be named anything you
want to name them. Generally, when I am setting up a large collection
of documents that must be similar I use names that start with the name
of the collection and end with specific style uses. For example, if my
company is abc and I want everyone to use a common format for formal
white papers, then I may make a series of styles such as "abc_Title",
"abc_Heading1", "abc_non-toc_Heading1", "abc_SubHeading",
"abc_Figure_Caption", "abc_Foot_Note" etc. You get the picture. My
guess is that deltaview is just used to emphasize that this is not the
"built-in" style, but is modified for "Deltaview. Does that make sense?
