delted items

i am running outlook 2000. whenever i try to open recover
delted items. my outlook gets crashed. any one can help me
out.what could be the reason.

My guess would be that your Deleted Items folder is corrupted. If so,
you can delete it, close Outlook, re-open Outlook and it will build a
new Deleted Items folder. The downside is that the messages that were
in the corrupted Deleted Items folder will be gone.

Given your circumstances, I don't know of any other options, though,
unfortunately.
