I have a need to create a simple forecasting model to generate demand volume
forecasts for a small number of product groups (~10) and a number of customer
groups (~10). The forecast will be generated based on history extracted from
a Sage sales order processing system. I have not found a simple enough
proprietary forecasting software package that meets my need. I could build
the Access database myself but it seems like a waste of time. Somebody must
have done it before. Has anyone seen anything that might be suitable?
