Denied Access!

I purchased MSOffice97pro licensepak to install again on
another computer. Everything works fine except ACCESS.
Error message says there is no license for Access on this
computer. One other thing...this computer already has
OfficeXP2002 installed on it (which does not include
Access)Is this maybe the conflict? How do I rectify?
Help!
