Deny Access to Server Settings for Project Managers

I need to deny Project Managers access to Server Settings. Does anyone know
how to do this? If so, could you please provide me the resolution?

What group do you have the PM's assigned to. Out of the box, if they are
assigned to the project manager group, it does give them server settings, but
just for resource center and close tasks to updates. Is that your problem?

Thanks so much for stirring my thoughts. I remember now that I added a named
resource Project Manager (used for training) to the portfolio group and that
the portfilio group is granted enterprise management privileges. Thanks
again!
