Deny Save Baseline

I already tried denied PM to saving baseline from PWA Admin.
But after that, PM still can save have access to save the baseline.

Is there anyone had tried this feature ?

Yes, this feature works.

Perhaps you have not tested fully.

If you create a new project, you can save a baseline. But, when you save
the project to Project Server, the baseline will be removed. Once a project
has been saved to Project Server, any attempt by the PM to save a baseline
will result in a permission denied dialog box.
