Dependencies

What is the best way to show interproject dependencies in a Ghantt Chart? I
have been playing with options but cannot get a decent one. In outline, I am
developing a Programme Plan with 50+ projects. I only want to show start and
end dates of each project and dependencies between projects. I want to be
able to move a dependency in one project and that to be reflected in the
other project, but not just the dependency, I want it to influence the other
project's start and end date. I am sure this can be done.

Any help appreciated

Hi hris,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

You need to consolidate the projects in a master file. Then open them all
and you can then link tasks between projects. You might like to have a look
at my series on Microsoft Project in the TechTrax ezine, particularly #17 &
18, at this site: http://tinyurl.com/2xbhc or this:

(Perhaps you'd care to rate the articles before leaving the site, :)
Thanks.)

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: <http://www.mvps.org/project/>

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)
