Deploy MUI language to existing office XP - SILENTLY

Hi

We have office XP (english enterprise) rolled out.

We have, say, German version of MUI. We can install this manually on
each PC.

How can I get this into a silent installer suitable for SMS
deployment? I'm completely confused as all documentation is on about
installing at same time as Office - which for us is not an option as
office is deployed.

I've tried a transform file - but this doesn't seem to work.

I am familiar with most SMS deployment methods - but this has caught
me out! I'll keep looking - but any suggestions welcome....
