Deploy Office with product key enable

When i'm deploy Office 2000 to SMS client, there will asking for product key
to activate. Is there any way to deploy Office 2000 or 2003 with product key
to SMS client?

Have you looked at the Custom Installation Wizard available with the Office Resouce Kit? Free from Microsoft Office downloads. Look for the one for your versions as there are differences.

Deployment of Office generally assumes that you're using an Office Installation Point as the source and to create the Office
Installation Point you would have had to use a volume license key, so you wouldn't then be prompted for a key.

In other scenarios you may want to look at the Office Setup.ini/ command line property "PIDkey"
