Deploy Office2007 / re-apply changes OCT

Hi

I am preparing to deploy Office2007.
Because I want to use the OCT I found that I have to deploy using a
startup script / GPO instead of Softwaredistribution / GPO.

If I make changes to the OCT and create a new MSP after first
installation, how do I get these changes to the clients?
