Deploying App to users

HI, I am tyrying to deploy 2 different apps of MSA 2007.
Using the Developer, package solution option.
The users can install the first app fine.
Then when trying to instal the second app, they get a message
<from memory and along these lines>
"App already exists, uninstall app and try again"
The first app I set as "requires the Run time version"
The second app I tried both require and not.
No difference.

Am I doing something wrong?

To deploy multiple apps to users that do NOT have MSA 2007, what is the best
manner to do so?

I suggest just installing the runtime + your application

In fact, even better is to install runtime separate, and THEN your
application.

You are likely getting that message because you copied your original
"package" template to a new one and did not change the product code (4th
page)
on the template for the package wizard.

However, really, for each additional applications, or upgrade/updates, it is
just a file copy.
