Deploying BCM 2007 with MS SQL 2005 - 64bit version

I'm currently using MS Vista 64 and I like to deploy BCM 07 with the
alreadyt install MS SQL 2K5 64 bit.

But the link provided from MS:

is not available anymore. Can you provide an alternative URL location
for it? Or a PDF or an offline file format where I can read it or
another website with an analog procedure?
