Deploying Contact Manager 2007

I've managed to deploy Office Small Business 2007 using group policies
(assigned per machine).
However I can find no information on installing the Contact Manager portion
from the 2nd CD using the same method.
Where can I find this information and how can I setup the customised values
ie. our SQL server, etc.
