deploying infopath to development to liveserver

Hi All,
I have created a form based on the database.I published it in the
development
server(ie .. in sharepoint form library) and the database is also in the
development server.Now i want to deploy this form into live server.Database
also should be moved to the live server.How can i overcome with this issue?
Any ideas plz.........
