Deploying managed code form to Sharepoint

Hi All,

What is the procedure for deploying an Infopath form installed as full-trust
and using managed code (C#) to a Sharepoint Form Library?

hey

when you use code behind you must publish it as an administrator approved
template.

Thanks for the response. However, I should have specified that I am running
Infopath 2003.
