I'm creating multiple MSP files for our different departments using the
Office Configuration Tool. Microsoft recommends creating a "Customizations"
folder in the network installation point instead of the Updates folder. When
I try to run the Office 2007 from the network installation point by running
\\server\share\office2007\setup.exe /adminfile
\\server\share\customizations\nameofmspfile.msp the window appears with the
different command line switches. It's as if it's ignoring the msp file info
after /adminfile. Any idea why? I've tried to run it as a normal user and
as an administrator so I know it isn't a permissions issue. Also, when I
put the msp file in the Updates folder and just run setup.exe without the
/adminfile switch it the install runs.
Thanks.
