Is it necessary to run the msp for each user? I noticed that when I ran the
MSP once, the changes I made appeared under the HKLM\...\Office\12.0\User
Settings\{GUID}.
I'm asking this because if I can just apply it once and the settings
propogate to new users as they log on to the machine then I don't have to
worry about packaging the MSP. My problem is that I created a MSI which
launches the msp using a custom action. The MSI is distributed using group
policy. The msp only seems to apply for users that are administrators on the
workstation, even though it's run from a MSI which is supposed to run with
elevated priviliges when installed using the group policy software
installation feature. I tested using clean machines each time.
