Deploying to the internet

I have an application that consists of an MS Access
Database with one table, 2 web pages that were created
using FrontPage and 2 Data Access Pages (.htm) that can
update or consult a table in the DataBase. My idea is to
host the Database in a Hosting Site that supports Access
Databases and give the people that are going to use the
DataBase the .htm pages (they are less than 10 people all
working windows xp). My questios is: will this work or
should I convert the DAPs to .asp and put them in the
hosting site?

The Database was crated using Access 2002 but I undestand
the native format is Access 2000 and I should convert the
Database to 2002 format. Is that correct? Should I do
this in order to have the application work?

Gabriel,

Due to limitations with DAP's in non MS$ browsers, you should definitely
convert to ASP for Internet use. Access 2000 should be fine for the
Internet, but you should check with your hosting service to verify what
versions that they provide drivers for.
