Deploying word 2003 COM addin question

hi al

I have wrote a COM addin for word 2003, when I install it with the installer created alone with the project in vs.net, the COM addin won't load in the target machine. I try installing the full version of office 2003 pro in the client machine, it still won't load, am I missing something?
