Deployment option for MODI Office 2007

We have developed a c# service which uses MODI (office 2007) OCR
functionality. We will be deploying this onto a production server windows 2K
which also hase office 2K installed (required for legacy application). What
deployment options do I have. Must I install Office 2007, will it co exist
with Office 2K, Can I install the Modi dll only, what dependancies does it
have?
