A software product I've developed on an english Windows OS is being localized
for Canadian-french users.
I'm planning to test the localized product on a Canadian-french Windows OS.
My product interacts with Microsoft Access, but I only have a license for
english MS Access.
Question: Can I assume that the only difference between english MS Access
and Canadian-French MS Access is the GUI?
If so, I can install an english version of Access on my Canadian-french
machine, and safely do testing.
If not, I need to buy/install a Canadian-french version of Access on my
Canadian-french machine.
