Desable other project Mgr from seeing my projects

I am the administratator. What future do I have to turn off? Every Project
mgr are see every others projectcs.

You need to look at the Category permissions associated with Project
Managers. You may find that the My Organization category is set to allow
Project Manager group members to see all projects.
