Description of the FrontPage library object model

Does anyone know of a good description of the FrontPage library object
model (not a reference like in Object browser): the hierarchy of
objects, the mostly used and useful properties, methods etc.

Specifically I'd like to write a macro to change the code of a web page
in the currently open web. How to drill down from the Application
object...?
