Design a form import from an excel file -- infopath 2003

Hello people,

I create a new form
I want to import an excel file

I don't see any possibilities to import from an excel file.
I only see an option for importers.

When i click that link i am taken to the microsoft website.

is infopath 2003 capable of importing an excel file into a form ?
