Outlook 2003 SP2
I would like to design a form which has a separate address control into
which a user within our organisation must input an email address. Lets call
this field project.
Thus the mail message could contain the following addresses;
To:
BC:
BCC:
Project:
The project control should function exactly like the To field in that when
people reply all a copy will also be sent to the project email address.
Is this possible? Is this easy? No one in our company really has any VBA
expertise so hoping there is a relatively easy solution.
The reason for wanting to do this;
We have set up individual mail boxes for all of our external projects and to
try and ensure that all the email is located in one place we ask that our
staff BC every mail to the appropriate project email address. However, most
do not. By creating a separate address field requiring input we are hoping
that this will force the user to add the correct project address.
Thanks in advance
