Design checker shows phantom error

When I try to publish I get an error warning "is not bound" - yes that's
right there is no field name before the word "is". If I double-click on the
error it shows one of my optional sections and all looks normal. If I make
NO changes but click Refresh on the design checker, the error goes away.

I have experianced this as well in the past. All my form controls
where bounded controls except 2 hyperlink controls. While publishing,
the design checker gave me 2 errors for these 2 unbounds hyperlink
controls. However, when I pressed refresh button, the error
disappeared and I was able to publish the form successfully. Also,
the hyperlink controls worked as desired.

If anyone has any idea about this behaviour of design checker, please
share.

That tallies. I have a hyperlink inside the Optional Section which is
reporting the error. I think this may be a bug in the Design Checker to do
with hyperlinks whcih are not explict controls.
